Join the Native North American Travelling College in the amphitheater to learn more about Kanien’keha culture and explore the exhibits. Staff will be on-site to share teachings about the Creation Story, discuss the importance of beadwork within Indigenous communities, and teachings of the traditional medicine sweetgrass. Guests can learn how to make their own sweetgrass bookmark (limited supplies!).
No Face dolls are an Iroquois craft used for entertainment and to teach morals to children. Crystal Henry has been giving workshops since 2005 leaving audiences with knowledge and a souvenir keepsake.
