Vendor information

The allotted space for a craft vendor and information booth is a 10x10 space. Two (2) admission passes provided per craft vendor and information booth, additional entry passes can be purchased at the regular admission price. Vendors must wear bracelets throughout the weekend. A No Bracelet - No Entry policy will be strictly enforced by security personnel.

Vendor set up will start Friday at 12 p.m. till 10 p.m. All vehicles must be removed from the grounds by 10 a.m. Saturday, and therefore ready to be open to the public at that time.

Rules

As a vendor, you must abide by the following protocol and guidelines:

  • Be a registered Native North American.
  • At least 50% of your product must culturally reflect your work.
  • No subletting or sharing, only registered vendors may sell in their spot.
  • All vendors must keep their area free of debris throughout the event, and at the conclusion of the powwow.

Information Booths $250.00

Food Vendors $400.00 (space is 20x20)
